Thirty projects, six weeks unattended, nothing fell over
The final show. Thirty pieces running six days a week for six weeks, with the reliability work that made it possible.

Every piece in the show had to run unattended from opening to close, six days a week, for six weeks. That constraint did more for the quality of the work than any critique.
It forces decisions. Anything with a laptop in it needed a plan for what happens when the laptop updates itself. Anything with a moving part needed a duty cycle. Anything with a screen needed to survive being turned off at the wall.
The whole floor sits behind one inverter bank with staggered restarts, so a mains dip does not bring thirty things up simultaneously and trip the supply.
Two pieces failed in six weeks. Both were power, neither was code.
