A room that rewrites its own walls as you cross it

Three projectors, one depth camera, and text that reorganises itself around wherever you happen to be standing.

A room where the walls carry a body of text, and the text reflows to keep away from you. Walk into the corner and the words crowd the opposite wall. Stand still and they slowly creep back.

The mapping is the boring, essential part. Three projectors across two walls and a corner, aligned to a hand-measured mesh, because the corner refused to behave with automatic calibration.

The failure mode that mattered was two people at once. The first version averaged their positions and put the text between them, which read as broken rather than intentional. The fix was to treat the nearest person as the only one that counts.

It ran for a full public day at fifteen minutes per visitor group and came back up twice after the mains dipped.
