LUSTRE started as one room in Ikoyi with two chairs and a waiting list kept in a notebook.

There are three studios now, and the notebook is this website, but the thing that made the first one work has not changed: you book a person, not a slot, and that person does the whole appointment.

We train our own juniors rather than hiring finished stylists, which is why the level beside a name means something. A junior at LUSTRE has spent a year assisting on the work they are now doing on their own.
