Four courses, one price, Tuesday to Thursday.

The kitchen picks. It changes when the market changes, so there is no printed version of it and no substitutions. Tuesday to Thursday only, and it is the whole table or nobody.

No bookings here, and there rarely need to be. Twenty-eight stools, first come, and the kitchen next door sends across until eleven.

It is the only room in the group with a proper back bar, which is why the drinks list is twice the length and the wine list is half.

Take the whole room

The room takes anything from a long table of twelve up to a full buyout. It can be seated and served in courses, or standing with plates carried through the room, and the kitchen will write a menu against a number rather than the other way round.
